Consensus of experts on the emergency clinical application of atomization inhalation therapy

Brief introduction:

In order to standardize the clinical application of atomization inhalation therapy, combined with the specialty of emergency care: 1.(2) the respiratory system disease than high, there are statistics show that in our country of the emergency department for respiratory disease rate of nearly 30% of the total number of emergency patients, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute laryngeal obstruction, acute respiratory infections, such as severe pneumonia, some of the emergency department for the respiratory system disease patients can also be associated with respiratory symptoms or complications;(3) high proportion of children and the elderly;(4) the proportion of patients with critical and severe diseases, complicated complications, unclear medical history and unknown causes is high; The application of atomization inhalation therapy in China’s emergency is not standard, the utilization rate is far lower than the clinical requirements. Emergency physicians branch, the Chinese people’s liberation army (PLA), chairman of China physicians association, and emergency professional committee and the Beijing emergency medical association invited national emergency first aid experts after many negotiations, discussions, combines the atomization inhalation therapy of emergency clinical application expert consensus (2018), the hope can provide a line of emergency medical personnel with the theory and practice guidance, further improve the application level of atomization inhalation therapy in the emergency department, in order to make more patients benefit.
