In 2016, the pan American alliance against rheumatism (PANLAR) released the consensus recommendations for the management of osteoarthritis of the hands, hips and knees, which were developed by 48 rheumatologists and other members of the specialty. The consensus recommendations focus on the treatment of osteoarthritis of the hands, hips and knees.
