Expert consensus on the clinical application of antimicrobial pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics

Brief introduction:

In the current situation of rapid change of bacterial resistance and serious lag in the development of new antimicrobial drugs, the clinical application of PK/PD theory is one of the reliable strategies to realize the therapeutic potential of existing antimicrobial drugs, which must be paid enough attention. Of antibacterial drugs in recent years the research progress of PK/PD quickly, the study found that the severe infected patients and healthy people PK/PD data are obviously different, therefore foreign related guide has made the corresponding modification needs of diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases of multidisciplinary collaboration, clinicians need to acquire sufficient knowledge to guide the clinical treatment of clinical pharmacology, but at present our country is still a lack of complete and unified expert consensus on antimicrobial PK/PD.
